The Establishment of the International Triple Helix Association

The International Triple Helix Association (THA) has officially been established, under the International Triple Helix Institute (ITHI), to build a global network for triple helix scholars, educators and practitioners in university, industry and government spheres. Conceived by innovation pioneers Prof. Henry Etzkowitz and Prof. Loet Leydesdorff, the association creates a global platform for fostering Innovation, entrepreneurship and sustainable development and connect developing world to developed regions/countries, through a triple helix twin model. Prof. Henry Etzkowitz serves as a founding president.
